Upon selection, customers are redirected to our official WhatsApp number, where they are guided by a WhatsApp bot to complete the booking process.
Service Provision
Once the booking is confirmed, a field agent contacts the customer to schedule the service.
The doorstep car washing service is provided as scheduled, adhering to the highest quality standards.
After availing the FREE WASH, customers have two payment options

Subscription Based Washing Service

After availing the FREE WASH, customers can opt for One-Time Washing Service:
Customers can opt to pay for a one-time service based on their vehicle type.
After making the payment, the customer shall be contacted for their preferred time of Service.
In case of rescheduling, the customer may contact the support team on official Whatsapp Number.
No extra charge is levied on the customer for rescheduling, but the next slot availability for the choice of service time for the customer may be discussed with our support team.
The customer shall receive notifications and service updated on their whatsapp and is covered under our Communication Policy.
Cancellation and refund are detailed separately and guided by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
SUBSCRIPTION BASED WASHING SERVICE
After availing the FREE WASH, customers can opt for Subscription based Washing Service:
Customers can choose from various subscription packages based on their vehicle type and desired frequency of washes. Subscription-based washes offer cost savings compared to one-time washing.
After making the payment, the customer shall be contacted for their preferred time of Service.
A dedicated service team is assigned to the Subscription based customer and time-slots are assigned and reserved to the customer. That way they always get a priority service over One-Time Pay Customers.
