CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

However, we understand that there might be situations where customers may need a cancellation and refund. This policy outlines our cancellation refund procedures, taking into account the local laws in each state of India.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. One-Time Washing Service Cancellation
Customers can cancel their one-time wash service order before the service starts and a full refund will be issued.
If customer initiates a refund request after the service has started, no refund will be issued.
After the service is completed, no refund will be issued. Instead, a repeat service will be offered if the service performance isn't satisfactory as per the instruction set by the company for the service.
Under certain special scenarios, refund may be processed. Please read the Refund Policy below for better understanding of such cases.

2. Subscription based Washing Service Cancellation
Customers can cancel their subscription from the next payment cycle.
For the current and already paid subscription, service shall be delivered, and no refund will be provided upon cancellation.
In case of unsatisfactory service performance set by the company for the service, a repeat service will be offered to the customer.
Under certain special scenarios, refund may be processed. Please read the Refund Policy below for better understanding of such cases.

REFUND POLICY
1. Eligibility for Refund:
Customers may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
Service not performed or completed as per the instructions set by the company for the service, after three repeat service complaints.
Damage to the vehicle caused by our service agent, which shall be supported by evidence of "before service video of the condition of the vehicle" and "after service video of the condition of the vehicle" recorded in a continuous manner without any pauses while recording and proving that the service delivered has caused the damage, and providing the raw video, without any modification, morphing, editing, VFX effects or changing the original in any manner.
Reporting the dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided, seeking a solution from the company and upon failure of continuous three services deemed unsatisfactory.
2. Refund Process:
To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:
Contact our customer support within 30 mins of the service completion via our Official Whatsapp number for One-Time Washing or Subscription based Washing
Provide details of the issue along with supporting evidence as mentioned in Section 1.
3. Refund Approval:
Our team will review the refund request and evidence provided. Refunds will be approved under the conditions mentioned in Section 1
4. Refund Options:
Upon approval, the following refund options may be offered:
Full refund: The entire service amount will be refunded if the service offered for the customers who have opted subscription based service and conditions under Section 1 comply.
Partial refund: A portion of the service amount will be refunded based on the extent of the issue and only for those service days that have not yet been delivered for the customers who have opted subscription based service, and complying with the conditions under Section 1
For the customer, who have not opted for the subscription based service, shall also comply with the conditions under Section 1 and then eligible for refund not exceeding the 50% of the total bill value.
GST or any other taxes are not covered under the refund as it is a tax paid to the state / central govt and not to the company.
5. Refund Process Timeline:
We strive to process refunds promptly. The timeline for receiving a refund may vary based on the payment method and bank processing times. Typically, refunds will be initiated immediately after approval from our end, but for the banking and payment networks to process it and reflect at your end, it may take anywhere between 7-10 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Items:
Certain situations are not eligible for a refund, including:
Customer's change of mind after service completion.
Pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
If the issue is unrelated to our service.
If the customer compares the service of this company to that of another competitor without understanding that each business operates under different protocols and no two business are promised to function exactly the same.
7. Local Regulations:
We are committed to complying with the local laws in each state of India. If any specific state laws require additional refund considerations, we will ensure compliance while processing refunds.
8. Legal Notice / Fee:
Under any circumstances, we will find an amicable way to settle the disagreement(s) / dispute(s) and despite all the attempts if the customer decides to go ahead with a legal procedure, then the customer is liable to pay for all the expenses until such time that a legal remedy is provided, including
The cost of travel (airways, railroad, roadways or any mode opted by the company for its legal representative(s))
Cost of stay in a hotel of choice opted by the company
The consultation fees of the legal representative(s), advocate(s), lawyer(s), accountant(s), representative(s), director(s), partner(s) and each individual summoned by the Honorable District / State / Supreme Court of India
The damage made to the value, integrity and trust of the company as deemed fit by the law
